Ribbon VIP - Wave 2

We introduced Ribbon VIP last month to improve the customer service experience for our high value and loyal users. Since the program has had excellent reception so far, we want to open the gates for more users to experience the VIP benefits.

Since launching, over 50+ wallets qualified to be part of the first round of VIPs and many of them reached out to set up direct lines of communication with our team.

We trialed a new product (still in stealth) that allowed users to express their own view of the market through custom vaults. One of the users made 40%+ return in BTC terms in a few weeks! We will continue to roll out this new product to our VIPs over the next few months.

We also sent out custom merch to many of our VIPs 😀

In Wave 2, we want to allow more users to benefit from our VIP program and are reducing the threshold to the following:

• BTC: 5

• USDC: 100,000

• AAVE: 2,000

• veRBN: 250,000
